Primitivo of Manduria is a dry, red wine, available also in sweet, sweet-dry and strong-sweet varieties.

MARTINA (certified DOC) - is recommended with fish while the
LIZZANO, a harmonious and versatile wine - is available in three different varieties: white, red and rosé.

TERRE TARANTINE extra virgin olive oil (certified
DOP), with its structure and versatility, is used in a wide variety of dishes in this area, both traditional and modern.
Although the
CLEMENTINA from the Gulf of TARANTO is a new-comer to the agricultural cornucopia, it has become a favourite at the fruit markets and is appreciated above all for its sweetness and superior quality.

sausages in MARTINA FRANCA; in fact some pork specialties are still made using the traditional methods and have preserved the antique flavours as much as possible.
The CAPICOLLO or CAPOCOLLO is a term used in the south of Italy meaning the pork neck salami and is the most important sausage of this area.
